Moersch Restrainer Neutral is an anti-haze and anti-fogging agent to be used when developing out-of-date black-and-white photographic papers and film.
It works as an additive for paper and film developers and is similar to Liquid Orthazite. When used in combination with a paper developer it will reduce fog with older papers resulting in brighter highlights and with a film developer it will diminish base fog with old black-and-white films.
Use only 5 to 10ml per 1 liter of developer. Start using 2ml and built up the concentrate to strengthen the effect.
