Bellini Foto-Flo is a wetting agent whose purpose is to minimize water spots and/or streaks during film development. It is used after the final rinse during film development to reduce tension on the water surface and promote faster, more even drying.
With a standard dilution ratio of 1+699, this wetting agent has a very high capacity and is one of the most durable wetting agents on the market. Bellini Foto-Flo can only be used with black and white films and not with black and white photo papers (RC or FB).
